By depositing in Pure Peridot Profit programs, you enter into an agreement with us (Pure Peridot Profit) on the following conditions, which includes conditions limiting our liability and relating to our use of your personal information. This agreement is for the use of Pure Peridot Profit and separate to any arrangement you may have with any other organization for providing any other services.

Pure Peridot Profit including its directors, officers or employees shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, this site or from your reliance on any information provided herein. Pure Peridot Profit disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special or other damages, lost opportunities, lost profit or any other loss or damages of any kind. This limitation includes any damage or virus, which may affect your computer equipment.

The user confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old or more, depending on the official legal age in any particular jurisdiction.

Users that are found with any fraudulent attempt, abuse, misconduct and any actions deemed improper to Pure Peridot Profit shall not be allowed to stay a member.

Pure Peridot Profit shall manage the money received from the user and pay the profit on the terms stipulated by these Terms of this Site.

If we become aware that there is a disagreement relating to the account, or ownership of funds in the account (including a dispute between account holders), or that the account is being used for illegal purposes, we may freeze the account. No withdrawals or any other instructions may be carried out on the account, until we are satisfied that the account is not being used for illegal purposes or that the dispute has been settled. We are entitled to recover costs and make a reasonable charge for time and actions undertaken in relation to an account when funds have been frozen. We will not be liable for any losses arising as a result of an account being frozen.

The user shall keep his/her login and password secret and shall not give the information to any third parties.  You should contact us as soon as possible if you think there has been an unauthorized transaction or any error on your account or if you have any questions or complaints about our service. We will give you details about our complaints procedure on request.

If you think we have made an error on your account you agree to let us know promptly so that we are able to investigate the situation as soon as possible.

Pure Peridot Profit has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement with the Client without any explanations. In this case Pure Peridot Profit refunds the Client all the money invested less any monies paid.

A minimum balance of $25 is required to start. The maximum balance is $10,000.00.

At our discretion we reserve the right not to act on instructions if we are not satisfied as to their authenticity or if they do not meet our requirements. We reserve the right to contact you regarding withdrawal requests in order to perform security checks. We will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of any delay or any such loss arising as a result of our being unable to contact you to complete our security checks.

We will issue an acknowledgement after each transaction, unless our specific product terms and conditions state otherwise.

All transactions, deposits and withdrawals will be deemed final. In the event of any dispute, such dispute must be mailed using our support center. It will be investigated and resolved in terms of the rules and regulations of Pure Peridot Profit.

You are not obligated to deposit in any plan and make any payments to Pure Peridot Profit at any time.

You are allowed to have multiple Plans running. Each Plan is treated on its own and shall not be accumulated and/or combined together with other.

Pure Peridot Profit maintains the exclusive rights to change/alter/switch the list of acceptable payment gateways at any given time without reasons. However, reasonable and visible notice to the members shall be given before such changes/alterations/switch is made.

Pure Peridot Profit reserves the right to impose services fees, facility fees and/or other charges from time to time in its absolute discretion thinks fit. Pure Peridot Profit will notify the client of any fees or charges imposed.

All content, trademarks, logos and icons are the property of Pure Peridot Profit and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and regulations.

Images displayed on the website are either the property of Pure Peridot Profit or used with its permission. You agree not to upload, post, reproduce or distribute any information, software or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right without the prior permission of the owner and the prior written consent of Pure Peridot Profit.

Nothing contained on the website shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademarks without the written permission of Pure Peridot Profit. The use of the trademarks, or any other content of the website, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.
